You will learn to grip the paddle, to feel the water, to move your kayak along a path and to rotate it. You will become one thing with your kayak, enjoying the sweet sensation of flotation. You will learn how to step in to a kayak and how to step off, both from shore and from the water, and to use your entire body during the paddling movement. It will be a little bit like re-learning to walk

ONENESS WITH WATER
You will get in entire confidence with water. Get into mental condition and having self control needed to perform the roll-over maneuver in a perfect way.
You will learn to relax and to move your body and your paddle to find the support of the water… and you will discover that in the end in is not so difficult!

.TECHNIC
BALANCING ON THE WATER
You will achieve the required technique to face up a white water descend in a river.
You will learn to lean on your kayak and to balance your weight according to the circumstances, to guide your boat with the paddle and to use it as a rudder or as a brace.
In this way you will be ready to taste the magical sensation that running river rapids will give you, in complete autonomy and control.

. ADVANCED
FOLLOW THE WATER
You will learn to move your kayak in white waters, and to face a class II and class III rapids, both technically and mentally, putting in practice all the strokes you learned in the previous courses and understanding when and where to use them. You will learn how to read the river, how to stop your kayak in an eddy and how to restart, everything with such an harmony and fluidity that you even din’t know you had… and it will be a wonderful sensation, you never felt before…that you won’t be able to do without!

. IMPROVE
BE LIKE WATER
Getting serious… you will learn to drive and maneuver and control your kayak on class III and IV rapids, to choose the right stream line and to move fast from one eddy to the other, crossing the strong current letting the kayak slide on it.
You will understand how to handle stress and how to keep the control inside a impetus river, how to use the waves and how to surf them to get up the stream.
It will be fun, it will be exiting… it will be a true adrenaline shot!
